The first order minimum is $150, paid in full before shipping. Subsequent orders have a minimum of $75 and are net30. You have the option of a Check, PayPal invoice or Square Register. We will call when everything is ready to ship to get payment information.
We ship through USPS with tracking and insurance. Your shipment should take 2-5 days. We can ship through other carriers or through your account as your request. The average time until shipping is 15-20 business days. We will give you a specific timeline or date when discussing your order. Shipping costs will be calculated when the order is finished.
We accept returns on defective or damaged items due to our negligence or damage during shipping within 10 days of delivery. For a return or exchange on defective or damaged items, email us for your return number. You will receive your refund or exchange once the item is returned to us. we cannot refund shipping charges. Exchanges of pieces can be made for minis and 5x7s if you notify us within 6 months. Please email to discuss and exchange.
